With the onslaught of private label, high marketing spend from branded competition and consumer confusion within the category, the competitive landscape facing Novartis’ Prevacid 24HR heartburn solution was … well … heartburn inducing.
Working closely with the brand, Red212 identified a breakthrough consumer insight and created the “My 24 Hours Without Heartburn” campaign, connecting with frequent heartburn sufferers through a promise of living all 24 hours of their normal, daily lives without heartburn ever getting in the way.
